Refund Policy

At SENVVO, we aim to keep your experience simple and considered.

If something isn't right, we'll help resolve it — thoughtfully and efficiently.

What can be returned or replaced

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

How to request a return or replacement

  1. Email us at support@senvvo.com
  2. Share your order ID
  3. Include clear photos of the issue
  4. Briefly describe the concern

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you on the next steps.

Return process

  • Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • After pickup and quality check, we'll initiate your replacement or refund

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Colour
  • Preference or feel

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes a quality check
  • The amount is credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
